- Questions you submit to the AI assistant
- Attachments you upload with a form
- Dispatch and quoting records: the drayage companies you chose, their quotes, and lock-in and dispatch status
- Documents you upload in Data maintenance, and the fields recognised from them
Information we obtain from data sources and generate
- Carrier, terminal and U.S. customs status: milestones, release and hold status, exam type and site, last free day, pickup availability

3. Data minimisation notice
To protect your business information and that of your customers, please do not paste customer names, contract terms or pricing into the Service unless it is required for the task at hand. Core tracking functions need only a bill of lading or container number. Content you submit to the AI assistant is processed to generate an answer; do not include confidential information unrelated to your query.
4. How we use your information
- To provide container and cargo tracking, and customs, terminal and trucking data
- To calculate demurrage and detention free-time countdowns and send e-mail alerts at the lead times you set
- To assemble demurrage waiver claim letters
- To provide drayage quoting, capacity lock-in and dispatch records, and data maintenance (document recognition and field source tags)
- To process payments and issue invoices
- To provide support and respond to enquiries
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse and fraud
- To send product updates where you have consented
5. Who we share information with
A current list of our sub-processors is published on our Sub-processors page. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect the rights of us or others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
6. Data retention
- Account and contact details: for the life of the account and [12] months after closure
- Shipment and tracking data: for as long as needed to provide the Service, or until you ask us to delete it
- Billing and transaction records: retained as required by Hong Kong tax and accounting law (typically [7] years)
- API and access logs: [90] days
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict processing of, and withdraw consent for, your personal information, and to object to automated decision-making.

- CCPA / CPRA (California residents): you have the right to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell personal information).
8. Security
We enforce TLS across the Service, apply least-privilege internal access controls, store API keys and credentials encrypted, and review access logs regularly. Further detail is published on our Security page. No online service can be completely secure; please keep your account credentials and API keys safe.
9. International transfers
We are established in the Hong Kong SAR, and the Service covers U.S. import operations. Your data may therefore be processed in, or accessed from, Hong Kong and the United States by us and by the providers listed on our Sub-processors page. We apply appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business users and not for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using weintoai.com, weintoai.com and any service we provide (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by 3 E International Hongkong Co., Limited.
2. Description of the Service
CargoSpine provides full life-cycle container and cargo tracking, U.S. customs data, terminal and exam-site data, trucking company reference data, demurrage and detention free-time countdowns and e-mail alerts, and demurrage waiver claim letter generation.
CargoSpine is a data and visibility service. We are not a carrier, a terminal operator, a customs broker, a freight forwarder, a licensed ocean transportation intermediary or a law firm. We do not file customs documentation and we provide no legal, customs brokerage or tax advice. Any business decision you make based on the Service is your own responsibility.
3. Accounts and API keys
- You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account
- Keep your credentials and API keys confidential; do not share, resell or transfer them
- Notify us immediately if a key is compromised
- We may limit or terminate access where reasonable (for example, abuse, security risk or compliance reasons)
4. Your responsibility for the data you submit
You therefore confirm that:
- You have the authority of the relevant shipper, consignee, forwarder or other party to enter and track the identifiers you submit
- The identifiers and shipment details you submit are accurate, so that the data returned actually relates to your cargo
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including sanctions evasion or obtaining data you have no right to obtain
- You remain responsible for your own operational, commercial and customs compliance decisions, including any filing you or your broker make with U.S. Customs and Border Protection
5. Fees, cancellation and refunds
- Basic milestone tracking is free
- In-depth tracking and D&D alerts: $3.00 per container per month, billed per container as it is tracked
- Milestone e-mails and the demurrage waiver pack are included with the tracking service
- Prepaid, pay as you go; no minimum spend, no account-opening fee, no annual fee
- Payment is processed by our payment provider, or by wire transfer to the account we provide
6. Data sources and accuracy disclaimer
Milestone, customs, terminal and free-time data come from carriers, terminals, customs and other third-party sources. Our Data Sources page explains where it comes from and how often it is refreshed.
- We do not warrant that data is real-time, complete or absolutely accurate
- Data may be delayed, missing or contain third-party entry errors
- The authoritative record is always the official record of the carrier, terminal operator or U.S. Customs
- Before arranging pickup, booking a truck, paying any charge or making any decision that may incur cost, you should verify directly with the responsible party
7. Demurrage waiver claims
We generate a draft claim letter from published timestamps. That letter is not legal advice. We do not guarantee that a carrier will accept the claim or grant a waiver. Whether a waiver is granted, and for how much, is determined by the carrier under its own policy.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Scrape, bulk-crawl, reverse engineer or copy the Service or its data without authorisation
- Resell or redistribute Service data, or use it to build a competing product
- Use the Service to evade sanctions or export controls, or to engage in any unlawful activity
- Interfere with the Service, bypass access controls or run security testing without prior written permission
- Impersonate others or submit data you are not authorised to submit
9. Intellectual property
We own all intellectual property in the Service and its content, including software, interface, copy and data arrangement. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a licence to use it as necessary to provide the Service, including generating alerts and claim letters.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided as is; we make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- We are not liable for demurrage, detention, exam fees, penalties, cargo delay, lost profits, business interruption or any indirect, incidental or punitive damages
- Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you actually paid us for the relevant Service in the [12] months before the dispute arose
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from data you submit, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
12. Term and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may terminate for breach, security risk, compliance requirements or business changes, with notice where practicable (immediately in urgent cases). After termination we handle your data under the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted and e-mailed to registered users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are submitted to [the courts of the Hong Kong SAR / arbitration at [institution] seated in Hong Kong].

Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to stop using CargoSpine, and what happens to money you have already paid. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free tracking
Basic milestone tracking is free and carries no charge, so nothing is refundable because nothing was paid.
2. Cancelling
- You may cancel at any time by e-mailing order@weintoai.com
- Cancellation stops future billing from the end of the current billing period
- There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no penalty
- Cancelling does not delete your account; if you want your data deleted, ask us, and we will handle it under the Privacy Policy
3. Prepayment, and no refunds
- CargoSpine is prepaid: fees are paid before the service is delivered, and once paid they are not refundable.
- Amounts paid are not refunded — in whole or in part — because you stop using the Service, cancel, or leave part of a period unused.
- This does not exclude your statutory rights: where the law gives you a right to a refund in a particular situation, this policy does not affect it.
4. Where the Service did not perform
If a specific container could not be tracked because of a failure on our side, tell us and we will credit that container. This is in addition to your rights under the Terms of Service and does not require you to cancel.
5. Talk to us first
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable right you have under the law of your jurisdiction.

Security and Data Protection
How we protect the data you put into CargoSpine, and what we ask you to do on your side. Every control described here is one we operate. Technical detail beyond this page — retention periods, encryption configuration, and our incident response process — is available on request at security@weintoai.com.
1. In transit and at rest
- All traffic to weintoai.com is encrypted with TLS
- Data at rest is stored on infrastructure provided by our hosting provider, with encryption enabled
- Backups are taken on a regular schedule and are encrypted
2. Access control
- Access to production systems is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the Service
- Administrative access is protected by additional authentication controls
- API keys are stored encrypted and are shown once at issue
- Administrative access to production systems is logged
3. Payments
Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment processor. Card numbers go directly to the processor and never reach our servers, and we never store them.
4. Segregation
Each customer's account data is logically separated. We do not use your shipment data, or your AI assistant conversations, to train models made available to third parties.
5. What we ask of you
- Keep your password and API keys confidential; do not embed keys in public or client-side code
- Do not paste customer names, contract terms or pricing into the Service
- Tell us immediately if a key is exposed or you suspect unauthorised access
- Manage who in your organisation can see shipment data
6. Reporting a problem
7. Incident notification
If a security incident affects your personal data, we will notify affected customers without undue delay and provide the information needed for you to meet your own obligations.
8. Questions
- Security enquiries: security@weintoai.com
- Enterprise security questionnaires: security@weintoai.com
Data Sources and Accuracy
CargoSpine is a data and visibility service. We do not own the data we show you — we collect it, check it against more than one source where we can, and present it in one place. This page explains where it comes from and how much to trust it.
1. Where the data comes from
2. Actuals and estimates
We label actuals and estimates separately and never present a forecast as a fact. An ETA changes; a timestamp of an event that has happened does not.
3. How accurate it is
- We do not warrant that data is real-time, complete or absolutely accurate
- Sources can be delayed, can be missing an event, or can contain an entry error made by the source
- The authoritative record is always the official record of the carrier, terminal operator or U.S. Customs
- Before you book a truck, pay a charge or make any decision that costs money, verify with the responsible party
4. Telling us about an error
5. What we do not do
- We do not file AMS, ISF or any other customs documentation
- We are not a carrier, terminal operator, customs broker, freight forwarder or licensed ocean transportation intermediary
- We do not give legal, customs brokerage or tax advice
How the AI Assistant Works
CargoSpine includes an AI assistant. This page explains what it reads, how it answers, and what it does not do — because you should know before you put a question into it.
1. What it reads
- The shipment data you have asked CargoSpine to track
- The carrier, terminal, customs and trucking data described on our Data Sources page
- Documents you upload in Data maintenance (images, scans or text) and the fields recognised from them
- The question you typed, and the preceding turns of the same conversation
2. How it answers
The assistant retrieves the relevant records and generates a natural-language answer, showing the numbers behind it. Where it calculates a figure — free days left, per-diem exposure, a waiver amount — the inputs are shown with the answer so you can check the arithmetic yourself.
3. What happens to what you type
- Your question is processed to generate an answer and to keep the conversation coherent
- We do not use your shipment data or your conversations to train models made available to third parties
- Conversations are retained under the periods in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete them
4. What not to type
5. How far to trust it
- Answers are only as good as the underlying source data — see our Data Sources page
- The assistant can be wrong, and can misread an unusual fact pattern
- It is not legal advice, and a waiver claim it assembles is a draft for you to review before sending
- Check any figure that drives a payment or a booking against the carrier, terminal or U.S. Customs record
6. Human review
You can ask for a human to look at any answer. E-mail support@weintoai.com with the question and the answer you received.
Sub-processors
These are the third parties we use to run CargoSpine that may process personal data on our behalf. We publish the list so customers can review it, and we give notice before adding to it.
